Service Delivery
We offer telehealth and outreach services in Victoria. This allows us to provide our services remotely and in the community, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
We understand that your time and commitment may be limited, and we will work with you to set realistic expectations and goals for your specific episode of engagement or care.

Session Information

Sessions run for approximately 50 minutes.

Session Cost

Our client sessions are priced at $200.00

An additional $20.00 surcharge is applied outside business hours (9am - 5pm MELB time) and on weekends.

NDIS Pricing is in line with the NDIS price guide, 2024.

Please note that we do not currently offer Medicare or Private Health rebates.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes to avoid a full fee charge (including non-attendance and forgotten appointments).

These last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on clients, consultees and the prepared clinician.

For Monday appointments, please ensure any rescheduling notifications are received by the preceding Friday before 9 am.
